Yes. I'm (we're) finally the owner of a property! Check out the official site @ Atmosfera Kondominium. William and I went (actually, we passed by a couple of buntings on the way home, and we just... turned into the showroom for fun) to take a look and plonked RM1000 for deposit.
There was the 1228 sqft and 1445 sqft units. We grabbed a 1228 sqft on the 15th floor. :)
My colleague, Jenny, asked what had made us jump into a huge commitment 'on the spot'.
1. It looks like a cosy place to start a family
2. Kinrara-Puchong is developing! With Giant round the corner and Old Klang Road just down the road, it's a secluded residential area near to amenities
3. Freehold, 2 free carparks, water heater and a dryer. Not to mention a clubhouse with futsal, squash, tennis, badminton courts. And an outdoor jacuzzi!
4. Low density. Only approx 450 units were up for sale
5. Monthly installment of RM1300 at a 90 % loan
6. It's only ready in 2012. So we still have time to save up for the renovations :)

8. If we don't like it in 2 years time, we can still sell it and could rake in a profit of at least RM50k
So yeah. We're excited. At least, I think I am. :)
